The Pool Table Guy has been around for nearly 30 years. We initially started out as a pool table service company handling assemblies, moves, re-felting, re-cushioning, etc. We not only offered our services directly to the public but also worked with Costco, Wayfair, Pier 1 and others to deliver and assemble their gameroom items regionally. Soon afterwards we took the next step and began offering pool tables and eventually other gameroom items online and at our warehouse. Our volume grew quickly and we began importing items directly in order to cut out the middleman and pass further savings onto the consumer. This was very successful as we sold several thousand pool tables not only throughout the USA but worldwide including exotic locations like Mongolia, Australia, Phillipines and Czech Repbublic.
This boom lasted until 2010 when the economy took a hit. With fewer people spending money on gameroom items we noticed a transition. The post 2010 consumers weren’t interested in low-cost good quality tables but rather were willing to spend more in order to get an american made product they felt would last generations. Noticing this we began developing business relationships with top gameroom manufacturers like Olhausen, Brunswick, Valley-Dynamo and A.E. Schmidt as well as respected import brands like Imperial, Presidential, Legacy and more.
To date, we’ve established relationships with virtually every known popular brand offering items both traditional and exotic and everything in between at price points that makes one drool.
